Community Guidelines

Pemi is committed to fostering a positive and supportive community for all of our users. Our Community Guidelines ("Guidelines") are designed to ensure that Pemi remains a safe and enjoyable space for everyone. By using Pemi, you agree to comply with these Guidelines.

1. Be Respectful

We expect all users to treat each other with respect and kindness. Do not use Pemi to bully, harass, or intimidate other users. Do not engage in hate speech or discriminatory behavior of any kind. If you encounter behavior that violates this principle, please report it to Pemi immediately.

2. Be Authentic

We encourage you to be yourself on Pemi. Do not use fake or misleading information when creating a profile or interacting with other users. Do not impersonate any person or entity or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity.

3. Be Safe

Pemi uses your location data solely for advertising purposes. While using Pemi, please be aware of your surroundings and exercise caution when sharing personal information with other users. Do not engage in any behavior that could put yourself or others in danger.

4. Be Mindful of Intellectual Property Rights

Do not upload or share any content on Pemi that infringes the intellectual property rights of any person or entity. Respect the copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights of others.

5. Follow Applicable Laws and Regulations

Do not use Pemi for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates any applicable laws or regulations.

6. Prohibited Content and Activities

You may not upload or share any content on Pemi that is illegal, harmful, or offensive, including but not limited to:

• Content that is defamatory, obscene, or pornographic.
• Content that promotes or incites violence or hatred against any individual or group.
• Content that contains viruses, malware, or any other harmful software or code.
• Activities that attempt to bypass or compromise the security or integrity of Pemi.

7. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of these Guidelines, please report it to Pemi immediately by contacting us. Pemi reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to any violation of these Guidelines, including but not limited to suspending or terminating your access to Pemi.

8. Changes to the Guidelines

Pemi reserves the right to amend or update these Guidelines at any time without notice. Any changes to the Guidelines will be posted on Pemi's website or in the app, and your continued use of Pemi after the changes have been posted will constitute your acceptance of the revised Guidelines.
